The Wool
Our merino wool is organic quality, GOTS-certified, and mulesing-free—tested and verified in writing, not just claimed. It comes from merino sheep, is carefully spun and dyed, and is sent to Portugal for production. A "Declaration of animal origin" from our yarn supplier confirms the origin, species, and welfare of the animals to us.
The Cotton
Our organic cotton is GOTS-certified and processed in Portugal. Verified by an official GOTS Transaction Certificate. This means: strict requirements for cultivation, dyeing, and processing—checked by independent bodies, not by us ourselves.
The Production
Everything is sewn in carefully selected workshops around Porto. We work closely with our partners and manufacture in small batches: no mass warehousing, no anonymous large-scale production. We have our claims confirmed by official certificates.
Why go to such lengths?
Because nice words on a label are worthless if no one can prove what is behind them. We aren't talking about saving the world. We are simply showing you what we do—and leaving the judgment to you.
