A. Shipping costs and information

Shipping of the goods is by default only possible to the countries listed below. Parcels are shipped with DHL.

I. Shipping within Germany

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 5.90 per order.

From an order value of EUR 89 we ship free of charge.

II. Shipping outside Germany

We also ship to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden.

Shipping to these countries is a flat rate of €12.99 per order.

Orders over €89 ship free of charge.

 

B. Returns

We believe that favourite pieces should stay with you for a long time. Still, it can happen that something doesn’t fit you or your child the way you imagined.

I. Returns & return period

You can return your order to us within 14 days after receiving the goods.

It is important that the items are:

  • unworn and unwashed
  • in perfect condition
  • with all labels attached and, if possible, in the original packaging

This way, we can return them to the Liebchen circle as a new favourite piece.

Excluded from this are personalized items.
For products that have been individually personalized according to your wishes, there is no right of withdrawal and no regular return option unless the item is defective.

This includes, in particular, embroidered items with a chosen name, initials, or other custom text.

II. Return shipping costs within Germany

The return shipping costs of €5.90 are borne by the customer. Please contact us by email at info@liebchen-thelabel.com and we will send you a DHL return label.

III. Return shipping costs outside Germany

The return shipping costs of €12.99 are borne by the customer. Please contact us by email at info@liebchen-thelabel.com and we will send you a DHL return label.

IV. Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the corresponding purchase amount - minus the return shipping fee mentioned above - within a few business days to the payment method you used.

III. Detailed information on the individual payment methods

  1. PayPal
    Just a few steps to payment:
  2. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
  3. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.
  4. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment.
    If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, it is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.
  5. Afterwards you will be redirected back to us (www.liebchen-thelabel.com).
  6. Credit card
    Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay.
  7. Apple Pay
    You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple device and complete the verification steps.

  8. Google Pay
    You can pay with Google Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the “Google Pay” mobile app on a supported device and complete the verification steps.

  9. Klarna
    In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is always made to Klarna:

 

  • Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/tickets or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service. The invoice terms for deliveries to Germany are available at

  • Instalment purchase: With Klarna’s financing service you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum EUR 6.95) or under the other conditions shown at checkout. The instalments are due at the end of the month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice.   • Sofort (immediate transfer): Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.
  • Direct debit: Your account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. The exact date will be communicated to you by e-mail.

Use of the payment options invoice, instalment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. For this purpose, we transmit your data to Klarna during the ordering process and performance of the contract so that Klarna can verify your address and credit rating. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment options that are permitted based on the result of this credit check.

  1. Bancontact (Belgium)
    When paying with Bancontact, choose this option to pay securely and directly with your Bancontact card or the Bancontact app. You will then be redirected to the Bancontact payment page.
  2. EPS (Austria)
    Pay easily using EPS online transfer. In the next step you select your bank. You will be redirected securely to your online banking environment to confirm the payment. The payment data are pre-filled so that you can complete the transaction quickly and easily.
